Passion leads to Purpose

After I left the SEAL Teams, I struggled to find my next calling, my next mission.

I completed a master’s degree in cybersecurity and moved overseas to the UK where I worked as an intern at Goldman Sachs. I then held a sales position at a restoration company in California and consulted for a real estate research company.

These were all great opportunities. Yet, I still felt empty and unfulfilled. I started journaling and writing – searching for my new path in life. I found coaching.

As a teen I enjoyed training archery to local guys. Then during my time in the SEAL Teams I held instructor roles at both BUD/S and SEAL delivery vehicle pilot school- enjoying every minute being an instructor to future operators. I found my passion in teaching and coaching. It’s something I feel called to do and something I truly enjoy.

I am specifically drawn to helping men and women live a life full of meaning, purpose, mission, and higher calling. People who want to live extraordinary lives do some of the most challenging things on earth.

In 2020, I started coaching men who wanted to become Navy SEALS. I was not sure where it would lead, but I quit my job during the pandemic and went all-in on becoming a coach to future special operators.

Just like I mentor my team members, sometimes you must go all-in towards your goal. Even when you feel alone or the path forward seems unclear.

The Warrior Calling Elite Performance was created with the mission of helping ordinary people achieve seemingly impossible goals. To become the best versions of themselves and serve at the highest level.

To date, I have had the privilege of working with nearly 300 team members from around the world. With goals ranging from Navy SEALS, Firefighting, elite mental performance, hybrid athlete training, and various SOF selection pipelines from around the world.
